The “Mirazur” gastronomic restaurant with its Michelin star is renowned for the creative cuisine of its Chef, a former pupil of Alain Ducasse. Guided tour of the vegetable garden, whose produce is used to prepare the dishes served in the restaurant. Then, have a gourmet coffee break and the opportunity to sample a local pastry. Natural Farming: Relaxation and discovery in the high country Menton.

Departure to Saint-Jean on the heights of Sospel for the visit of a typical farm of the high country, practicing natural farming for the cultivation of olive trees.

Looking through the farm, the owner will explain the subtleties of this agriculture and you will taste the olive products from their crops: olives, oil, olive paste ...

A taste of specialty "home-made" will be served with refreshments to extend that time friendly rich education.
