Tourism in Lessay
Lessay is situated in the department of the Manche and the Basse-Normandie region. The abbey of Lessay is the one of the principal centers of interests of this town. The abbey richly is endowed in earths, moors, forests, fisheries, mills and saline. Each year, during the second weekend of September, takes place the big fair Sainte Croix (2nd fails of this kind in France), created at 12nd century by the Benedictine monks.
