A weekend to discover the mont -saint- michel

You will discover a unique set of medieval architecture with its three architectural styles: Romanesque, Gothic and Gothic.

To visit the Mont-Saint-Michel, you must first enter the door of the Advanced (XVI c.). Then, towards the door of the Boulevard with guns, and finally the king's gate and drawbridge.

Then you will visit the Abbey for about 2 hours. This building is an architectural wonder. Then you can walk along the ramparts. Side visits, make a detour to the Saint-Aubert then further, to the Fountain Saint-Aubert.

To end the day, you can go to a gift shop.

To begin the second day towards the museum of the Bay of Mont Saint Michel.

This will offer you to discover the formation of the Bay and the action of man on the landscape.

Then, towards the museum Scriptorial. Inside, you'll see a unique collection of manuscripts of the ancient abbey of Mont Saint-Michel.
