Oise is a French department that is part of the Picardie region. It is surrounded by the departments of the Somme, Aisne, Seine-et-Marne, Val d’Oise, Eure and Seine-Maritime. the main cities are Beauvais, Clermont, Compiègne and Senlis.
The historical, cultural and religious heritage attracts many tourists in Oise. It is one of the departments that have the most historical monuments.
