Château de la Mogère
Mogère Castle dates from the late 17th century, the gardens were built in the 18th century to today and the whole was classified as historic monuments in April 1986. Occupied by the same family since 1696, is the perfect example of a traditional winery. Designed in 1715 by Jean Giral has a harmonious façade topped by a pediment whose silhouette stands out against a background of pines.
Inside you will find a library supplied by more than 2000 books, paintings, furniture, family portraits, mirrors and paintings and a Louis XVI room with plasterwork on the theme of Season Four. The garden in turn are organized around its pool which reflects the remains. Reflecting the Italian influence, a large fountain rococo style dominates the former vegetable garden fed by an aqueduct 55 meters.
