Basilique Saint-Ferjeux

The Basilic of Saint-Ferjeux, of style eclectic Romanesque-Byzantine, is located in the district of Saint-Ferjeux in Besançon.

It was built between 1884 and 1901 by architect franc-comtois Alfred Ducat. It honors Saint-Ferjeux and Saint-Ferréol, two martyrs murdered for trying to convert the Roman governor's wife Claude, in 212.
