Musée des Beaux-Arts et d'Archéologie

The Museum of Beaux-Arts and Archaeology of Besançon is the first example of a museum in France since its origin dates back to 1694, a century before the French Revolution. The museum has a particularly important collection of Charles Lapicque (1898-1988).
