Haute-Normandi e is a region of France that has two departments: Seine-Maritime and Eure. Main cities are Rouen and Evreux.

Haute-Normandie is an economically powerful region despite the fact that it has only two departments. Its assets are numerous with the cereal industry, its industrial district, its commercial ports and its high tech industries. Its cultural, environmental and fun assets are equally important, with numerous museums, and theatres, its parks and gardens, the value given to its forests and the restoration of its architectural heritage. Also, the tourists’ attractions are numerous with great abbeys, impressionism and of course Etretat, Dieppe, Rouen, or Evreux, as well as the beautiful countryside, its apples and dairy products.

Cultural events are numerous with the festival of ‘Polar A La Plage’, the ‘Festival ‘Les Nuits d'Orient’ and the ‘Festival coups 2 k'eure’.
