Seine-Maritime is a French department that is part of the Haute-Normandie region. It is surrounded by the departments of Somme, Oise and Eure. The main cities are Rouen, Dieppe and Le Havre.

The department possesses a strong historical, architectural, natural and religious heritage with the Abbey of Graville in the Havre, the one of Saint-Ouen in Rouen, the Montivilliers Abbey, the Gruchet –le-Valasse Abbey, the Saint-Wandrille Abbey, the Jumieges Abbey and the Saint-Martin-de-Boscherville Abbey, the towns of Dieppe and Yvetôt, the ' Pays de Bray ', the ' Pays de Caux ', the Seine Valley, the numerous parks and natural reserves such as the regional natural park of ‘Boucles de la Seine normande’, the ‘ Côte d’Albâtre ’ with its pebbles beaches and cliffs, the EANA Park, the castles of Arques-la-Bataille, the Etelan Castle in Saint-Maurice-d’Etelan, the castle of Filieres in Gommerville, the C astle of Miromesnil near Dieppe and finally the ‘Bois des Moutiers’ in Varengeville-sur-Mer.
