Tourism in aigueperse

The monastery was inaugurated with the presence of Charles the first of Bourbon and Sainte-Colette. In 1650, another house was created to welcome the Sainte-Ursule nuns. In 1790, the convent had 29 nuns and had several domains such as the Mange, the Recluse, the Nantillat and the Pre Bailly. The house will be bought by the town and is now a the City Hall.

The town hall of Aigueperse was built in the 14th century to house the Ursulines nuns.

The parish church Notre-Dame is a listed historical monument dating from 1016. It was finished in the 12th century.

In the Aigueperse area, one can find several  beautiful crosses made of stone, one is located on the Chassenet square dating from the 13th century, the one in Saint-Limin from the 16th century and the one in Chaptuzat-Haut from the 16th century.
