Musée des Beaux Arts

If a museum is, above all, a collection and the presentation of works to the public, it must go much further, and with much more ambition.

This is the case at the Musée des Beaux-Arts de Nîmes.

The museum's programme aims to increase everyone's interest in the works in the collection:

they are enhanced and put into context through exhibitions, conferences, thematic tours, commentaries on the works, and the involvement of actors, dancers, musicians and singers who bring the works to life.

Of course, the educational visits and workshops - which are not limited to school periods, but also bring parents to the museum - will train new generations of visitors.
