Cité du train
A collection of more than hundreds of trains and a locomotive is presented in the Cité of Train museum. The collection stretches over 20,000 m2.
Each periods related to railways are represented with themes such as:
- Holiday and railways
- Mountain and railways
- Officials trains
- War and railway
- Workers and the world of travels
You will admire the oldest locomotive of the european continent, the Buddicom dating from 1844. The wagon of Empress Eugenie and the wagon of the french présidents between 1925 and 1971, as well as the Bugatti « Présidentiel » style train.
