Gouffre de Cabrespine
Located 25 km from Carcassonne, it is in the bowels of the Black Mountain that giant Cabrespine chasm was discovered in 1970.
Cavers have discovered many ruins attesting its former use by men, including pottery and tools of all kinds.
This is one of the largest caves in the world open to tourism.
