Tourism Capbreton
Capbreton is a city located in the department of Landes in Aquitaine.
She was formerly a fishing port in vogue, where the fish caught were mainly cod. The stream that may be encountered in this city is considered as a vestige of the old course of the Adour, which was moved to other cities. This seriously hampers the functioning of the fishing port.
Today, Capbreton is a marina, but also a famous seaside resort. It is possible to walk on the pier, which is a great pier that is used to guide the boats or to allow them to dock. This pier is long then 189 meters!
Capbreton is also popular for its eight natural sandy beaches. In summer you can swim without risk because they are monitored, and the rest of the year you can walk and watch the surfers show training in the waves.
