Muséoscope du lac
Located near the dam of Serre-Ponçon Muséoscope the Lake is dedicated to the history of the construction of this impressive dam and villages that were engulfed.
Visitors will visit, blending sounds and images to uncover technical, social, human and geographical came into account when creating the dam which turns out to be the largest dam in compacted soil in Europe.
Many accounts of people who lived in the ancient villages that are now submerged are viewable, as well as models representing the landscape before and after the dam. Visitors will discover poignant and moving stories and will also report on the magnificence of this building.
