Pléneuf-Val-André is a French commune, located in the department of Cotes-d'Armor and region of Brittany.It is known as a seaside resort, located on the east coast of the Bay of Saint-Brieuc, called Emerald Coast.Its population amounts to more than 16 000 inhabitants during the summer.It is located 25 km east of Saint-Brieuc and 13 km north of Lamballe.
