Tourism Évenos
Evenos, a typical village to discover.
Evenos is a set of old houses dominated by the remains of a feudal castle, raised from the eleventh century. The main street ends at the foot of the Castle.
The path of the Round will discover a landscape from La Ciotat and Toulon harbor and also deep flaw Gorges of Ollioules .
Many tourists visit this unique site in our area and climbing enthusiasts will be appreciated the Cliffs of Cimay still used 20 years ago for the extraction of marble. The town consists of three hamlets , Evenos, Le Broussan dominated by Mount Caume , the highest mountain in the Toulon area ( 801m ) .
and St. Anne of Evenos where the exit of the gorge, we discover the sandstone Ste Anne of sandstone nipples and cavities carved by time.
