In the bottom of the mountains of the Aude department is Duilhac-sous-Peyrepertuse. The village, in the middle of vineyards, has preserved its Fort, the fortified wall which surrounded the burg. The village is known for its castle, that you can access either by the conventional way or by climbing the cliff on which it was built.
