Royat-Chamalières has several gardens and parks:

Other paths departing from Royat-Chamalières reaches the Hamlet of Charade, Clermont-Ferrand or the Puy-de-Dome.

Royat was built on the Tiretaine Valley. There are beautiful vestiges of the Romanesque and gothic architecture remaining around the old city centre.

The old city walls can still be seen around Royat. Interesting houses and cellars made of Volvic stone can be seen around the village.

The thermal city of Royat-Chamalière has five thermal springs : The Eugenie spring, the Cesar spring, the Saint-mart spring, the Saint Victor spring and the Auraline spring.
