Parc La montagne aux Marmottes

The mountain is a marmot zoo mountain located in the department of Hautes-Alpes. It is located in a beautiful setting, framed by mountains and by the Serre-Ponçon. Sarloos wolves and marmots are two types of animals that may be encountered in this park. You can get very close to the marmots that live in their enclosure. Facilitators explain their way of life and a whole lot of details on these exciting animals. It is also possible to admire the magnificent raptors flying above the lake. Visitors young and old will be seduced by the spectacle of raptors where many species they will be presented: falcons, hawks, eagles and even vultures! For smaller, the park also includes a mini-farm with ponies, the world's largest rabbit, goats, guinea pigs, etc.. This is a wonderful place to relax with family to discover a playground for children including, among other bouncy castle and a climbing wall, and a picnic area.
