Armada de Rouen

Founded in 1989 with the idea to animate the banks of the Seine, the great Armada is held every 4 years, lasts about ten days and is a free event. This incredible collection of boats of their size and beauty helps to learn the trades of the sea and sailors. Children take great pleasure in discovering the boats straight out of the legends of pirates! Docks landscaped promenade acceuillent the many visitors who can enjoy the parade of boats on the Seine and which can then visit them when they are moored. The city is bustling at this time by the crews of all nationalities. Many concerts are organized and a famous finale.
