Les grottes de Sare
Sare caves were inhabited in prehistoric times. The cave bears lived in this place during the hibernation period.
Today, third most visited tourist site in the Basque Country, the tour allows you to enter in a prehistoric habitat. One cave is discovered: Cave Lezea. This is a reproduction of the prehistoric site.
For its part, the museum presents the evolution of man from prehistoric times to the present.
