Site des mégalithes de Locmariaquer
The megaliths site of Locmariaquer includes three emblematic monuments of the megalithic architecture of Brittany: the great broken menhir, dolmen of the Merchants Table and Tumulus Er Grah. They were erected between 4700 and 3800 before Jesus-Christ. The great broken menhir is the largest monolith built by man at that time. The dolmen of the Merchants Table is part of the passage tombs and has two beautiful decorated tiles, while the Tumulus Er Grah belongs to the category of closed individual graves.
An impressive environment that will introduce you to megalithic architecture and civilization.
