Sérignan offers over 3 miles of beach in a protected environment in which the Blue Flag was awarded in 2009. The municipality has chosen the gentle way to keep in its natural state this fragile heritage with the introduction of chestnut ganivelles to trap sand, building bridges transdunaires to prevent poaching, conservation of the flora of the dunes to stabilize the sand materials in preference to more''hard''and more expensive.
Rehabilitated and dunes can reach up to 8 meters high, which is a record in Languedoc Roussillon. At the rear, a discrete network of footpaths along here and there logs and Gourgues of samphire and tamarisk, to discover the exceptional site of Orpellières and the town hall.
