Tourism Saint-Gobain
Saint Gobain is a city of 2,400 inhabitants, situated to the heart of a forest of 6,000 hectares, to 30 km of Saint- Quentin and Soissons, to 20 km of Laon. Saint Gobain, this is the forest, privileged place of the tourism in the Aisne. Many paths of pedestrian hikes allow discovering an abundant wildlife (deer, does, venison, wild boars) and a rich and varied flora. Trees remarkable by their beauty and their dimension are mentioned on the cards. Forest of leafy ones, one there finds especially oaks, beechs but also ash. Come equally to visit the town and admire his church of the XIIth century and its crypt, the statue of the Bienheureux , the Chapel and the monumental door of the Glacerie.
