Tourism Elliant
Elliant is a town of the department of the Finistère, in the region Brittany. It is a town of situated Cornouaille to around fifteen kilometers to the east of Quimper. On the cultural plan and traditions, Elliant belongs to the country Mellenick. To the town north is located the valley of the Odet. Each year unfolds itself to Elliant a fest-noz of the name of Yellow Night in reference to the yellow color (in Breton melen) embroideries of the jacket of the traditional suit of the men. This fest-noz musters first every weekend of December close to 1 500 persons.
