Details	Located in the northern part of the Mounts of Lacaune, at about 20 kilometers of Lacaune, the city of Lacaze draws up the architecture of its roofs along banks of Gijou. Located in edge of secondary road 81, it offers the example of the picturesque villages which strew the department with the Tarn. Place of resting stay, within a natural framework of a wild beauty. The castle and the old houses strew the locality with Lacaze which proves to be a historical place of most curious. Visit the village of Lacaze

The village is below the secondary road. Located in a loop of the river (Gijou), the castle is in the center of the village, it is in the course of restoration and will be opened in the public from 2010.

Discover Saint Jean Del Frech

This chapel is one of oldest of the Tarn, since the first historical mention goes back to 972. It is extremely rare to see a round tower on a square basis bored originally of 4 doors broken in edge. Its massive aspect with its two stages makes think of a defence work of guet. The trees broken out of dry stones indicate an architecture of XIInd and XIIIrd century.

Camalières

Located in the middle of the village of Camalières, the church attracts the glance of on the road, so much its bell-tower is singular in our area. Built at the beginning of the XIXth century, and strongly marked by the family of Carayon of the Tower, it becomes in 1954 an ECRIN for frescos of Nicolaï Greschny.
