With these two new journeys, the young people will be able to profit with their parents in the new feelings. Conceived as well for the adults as for the young people (mini size of 1m20), the Discovered journeys will make you discover new workshops and new sequences of tyroliennes.

• Workshops: 2 independent courses - 42 workshops including 10 tyroliennes
• Height: 5-7 meters
• Conditions of the access: as from 9 years - Size minimum: 1m20. The young people less than 16 years must be accompanied with an adult in the journeys.

The visit of mareis proceeds in two times:

The first part is guided by a former sea fisherman

The guided visit is not obligatory but remains advised as well as possible to appreciate the discovery of our center.

With the program:

• Discovered bay of canche
• Techniques of fishing
• The walk on the beach
• The school of foams
• The trawler and sailors

The second part is done in free visit.

Maréis enables you to discover the maritime medium étaplois and opens to you the doors of a world with share, that of the fishermen.

All, is reconstituted there inside the Rope manufacture, to make so that your immersion is total: the quay, noise of the gulls, fish cases, the “strong gale”, the simulator of navigation, etc

Once on board, you are invited by the organizers, all resulting families from fishermen, to explore the universe of the sailors: techniques of fishing, training of the men at the maritime vocational school, the construction and financing of the trawlers, the place of the étaplois in the wearing of Boulogne on sea. They will regard you as truths ship's boys and will initiate you with the recognition of fish or with the realization of the reef knots.
