Millau

Montpellier-le-Vieux is a rocky chaos located on Causses Noir, bordered by the gorges of la Dourbie in the south. It is located north-east of Millau, near the famous viaduct on the commune of Roque-Saint-Marguerite.

In Aveyron, between Grands Causses and Ségala, the plateau of Lévézou offers a preserved natural environment. Discover the many lakes (Pareloup, Pont de Salars, Villefranche de Panat), and the green valley of Viaur.

The largest underground caves in the Causses and Cevennes. A wonderful undergroung world on 1,2 km long, the caves of Dargilan please the eyes thanks to the diversity and the colours which give unforgettable memories to the visitors.

Located in the Massif Central, the gorges of La Jonte were shaped by River Jonte which takes its source in the massif of Mount Aigoual located in the Lozère department and the national park of the Cevennes. It goes through the Lozère area and Grands Causses.

After St Jean de Bruel, River Dourbie flows towards Nant before sinking into the Causse Noir and Larzac valleys meeting up with River Tarn in Millau.
