The Millau Viaduct is certainly the bridge of every records. He is the tallest bridge in the world with a height of three times the Eiffel Tower and also the most visited bridge in France since its creation. The Millau Viaduct is now one of the landmarks of French architectural heritage. The Millau viaduct allows crossing the Tarn river and link Clermont-Ferrand to Beziers via the A75 since 2004, after 17 years of study and work. This new road through stunning landscapes as the Auvergne, the Causses and Aubrac is a new tourist highway in the heart of France. Important link of the highway, the Millau viaduct is more than a normal bridge as many tourists take the time to stop and admire the bridge.

The renowned architect, Norman Foster, paid a particular attention to the aesthetics of the bridge so that it mixes discreetly into the landscape, the success of fabrication has been rewarded by many architectural prizes and an international fame recognized. There are tours organized in the “Jardin des Explorateurs” to discover the Millau Viaduct and access to the Belvédère and have a unique view on the highest bridge in the world.
