Musée de Borda
Borda museum was created in the former Carmelite chapel built in 1523. Explore the numerous works of art and objects depicting the history of the town of Dax (archaeological remains, sculptures, paintings ...) and a Gallo-Roman treasure discovered in 1982 (bronze statuettes, a statue of Esculape, oil lamps ...).
Borda museum also provides a tour of an archaeological crypt containing the remains of the foundations of a Gallo-Roman temple from the second century and temporary exhibitions of contemporary artists.
