Musée Jeanne-d'Arc

The Museum of Joan of Arc is based in the clock tower of the castle of Chinon. Visitors will discover collections of paintings and objects dedicated to the character of Joan of Arc and her trip to Touraine. These collections were collected by an association called Chinese Knowledge of Joan of Arc.

The exhibition will enable visitors to appreciate the different representations of Joan of Arc on media objects, materials and styles vary. The most notable are the equestrian statues dating from the nineteenth century.
