Musée du Prieuré
The museum presents a collection of the Priory on the history of local art, made of earthenware Charolais, paintings and sculptures. This museum is set in the heart of the old Cluniac priory of Sainte-Madeleine.
Its creator is Jean Laronze who initiated the collection by offering the city of Charolles forty works. In addition to the permanent exhibition, the museum offers visitors each year a new temporary exhibition and many other events.
