Musée du Chaource

Cheese lovers may be familiar with the Chaource. This cheese was born in the town of Chaource. Today, visitors can find this cheese in the museum of Chaource! This museum was designed by a collector who wanted to learn the craft of cheese-Aube.

Visitors will learn about the history of Chaource between the eighteenth and the twentieth century. Many objects used in the production of this cheese are exposed and come from all over France, but especially from the department of Aube. Visitors will be delighted to finish the tour with a tasting of this delicious cheese.
