Located in the city centre, the Halles de Lourdes is a perfect illustration of late 19th century metal architecture and comes from the so-called "Marché de la Pierre" in Toulouse.

From 11 October 2021 to March 2022, they will be open to gourmets from Monday to Saturday...

You can take advantage of this opportunity to test local specialities or find the ingredients to cook typical dishes?

Come and discover the cheeses of the region, the charcuterie with Porc Noir de Bigorre, the fresh fruit and vegetables from local producers, the honeys, the jams, but also the traditional pastries such as the famous spit cake.
