Saint Jean d'Arves is a family resort in the northern French Alps. It is connected to the first ski area in the Maurienne valley: the Sybelles (310 km of linked pistes). Saint Jean d'Arves is an ideal destination for family vacations ! The A43 motorway and the railway station in Saint Jean de Maurienne (and the airports of Lyon, Chambéry, Grenoble and Geneva) allow easy access. Summer is the agricultural aspect that is most noticeable: prairies thousand flowers, sounds of cowbells in the air, cows Abundance and Tarin. The Beaufort (Prince of gruyere) is the local specialty (fondue while Beaufort is a treat!).
