Le corbier

The ski resort of Le Corbier is in the middle of the Sybelles, 4th skiing domain in France with its 310 Km of ski slopes. By the Mount Ouillon (2 431 m), the most high european alpage, you can go to the other ski resorts : Saint Sorlin d’Arves, Saint Jean d’Arves, La Toussuire et Saint Colomban des Villards.

A preserved et reassured environment

For the respect of the environment, the sybelles ski area was built in Christmas 2003 in harmony with nature, panorama of mountains for people who are in holidays in Le Corbier

Every evening, 21 piste basher are busy to prepare, to manufacture and to maintain ski slopes for your security. And every day, 42 pisyeturs first aid workers complete their mission of prevention.

• Off-piste skiing for beginners : half-day for individual or group
• And also : ski-touring, ice-climbing...

Opened to the children from 3 to 5 years, the garden of snows is ideal to learn how to them to make their first slips with ski, in a way very ludic and framed by specialized monitors.

In the framework of the Label Family More, the station of Corbier set up the package “Pitchoune” including the nursery and the courses of ski of the garden of snows. The package “Pitchoune” is with 156€ the week (6 X 1/2 days) and includes 1:30 of nursery and 2 hours of course ESF. Only available in school period.

Every year Le Corbier offers you a week of demonstrations and animations to get to know the mountain - its inhabitants, its history and the way it works. This year the week will take place from July 27th to August 1st. The objective of this week is also to lead us to think about our environmental footprint.
