Vtt alpes / provence long crossing

"Alpes-Provence" is a unique crossing (in 1 week) of the Alpes de Haute-Provence, from east to west, from the French-Italian border to the trails of the Luberon Regional Natural Park.

Certified by the French Cycling Federation, the Alpes-Provence is one of the 11 biggest mountain bike crossings in France!

You cross the mountain pastures, at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park, then descend the Ubaye Valley and follow the river to the Serre-Ponçon lake.

After climbing a last alpine pass and discovering high altitude lakes, you plunge into the Blanche valley.

Then comes the crossing of the National Geological Reserve of Haute-Provence, the mythical site of the Terres Noires around Digne les Bains, the Val de Durance and its numerous monotraces, then the mountain of Lure (summit of Haute-Provence), the typical country of Forcalquier before arriving in Manosque at the end of 300 km of pure pleasure.
