Tourism Pontarlier
Pontarlier is located in area of Franche-Comté, center cultural and tourist of Haut-Doubs, Pontarlier, located at more than 800 meters of altitude, is the second highest city of France after Briançon. It has seen an international reputation as a capital of the spirits from the plants of wormwood, reintroduced since December 2001.
It was recently indicated as one of the 25 most beautiful towns of France.
