Tourism Beaulon
One of the possible origins of the word would Beaulon "Bedelo" which gave Bedeau, meaning usher, porter, guard. In the twelfth century, Beaulon called "Balu".
Beaulon was already inhabited in the Bronze Age. From the time of the Gauls, it was discovered vases made by hand without the use of turn. Beaulon was already an important town at the end of the Gallo-Roman. This city was on the route of the ancient road from Limoges to Autun. Due to its strategic location, Beaulon contained many lumps along feudal aligned Gannay Loire-sur-Loire Beaulon.
