Three artists from sound art are invited to capture and share sound images (compagnie Le Bruit qu'ça coûte) from their respective cities (Strasbourg  for Philippe Aubry, Ephraim Wegner/Andreas Hagelüken  for Fribourg, Lucas Fercucci for  Bale) and to design a hybrid mixer for sound city in the form of an installation.
