The Sexton Monk's Castle

The Sexton Monk's Castle belonged to the Priory of Aurec in the 15th century. In the 18th century, it housed the VIne and wine museum and a school room of 1920.

Orchard conservatory of the valley of the loire

Implanted on 3000 m² close to the chateau of the Monk Sacristain, this orchard is intended for the preservation and fruit old tree broadcasting of the valley of the Loire: Apple trees, pear trees, plum trees, cherry trees, peaches... Courses of size are possible. A followed organization is proposed to the schools (Graftings, initiations into the tastes). Visit: plan 1 to 2Hours. For all visit of groups, warn several days before. Organized trainings to the tastes, inventory, initiation to the determination of the pomologie. Free visits all the year.
