The covered market of Montesquieu-Volvestre
This market is dating from the 13th century as well as the Bastide. Today, the covered market hosts the weekly local market every Tuesday morning. The farming market taking place every Saturday morning is famous for the quality of its local produce.

The mill of Barrau
At the entrance of the village of Montesquieu-Volvestre, on river Arize, the grinding wheel of the mill of Barrau built in 1450 stopped turning only twice, in 1510 because of the religion war and in 1875 because of a massive flood.
