Barbazan

Barbazan is listed a spa city. The thermal buildings were built in 1901 and are located in the 4,2 ha park, planted with trees. You'll find a taproom from where spring water is flowing from and the "Chapelle inachevée".

The Castle of Barbazan

The castle of Barbazan is dating from the Feudal era although it has been rebuilt since then. In the 11th century it belonged to M. de Mauléon, belonging to the oldest nobility of Comminges.

The Rock of the Virgin

This statue of the Virgin was erected on a rock that is looming over the point from where all the roads are leading to the village. For the visitors, it is a great view point that allows to see (on good weather) the "Pic du Midi" peak.
