Le musée Lapidaire
Lapidary Museum is located in the baptistery, built in the fifth century. It is in this place that is unique in France raised the Gallo-Roman Provence. The exterior was remodeled in 1818. The parts collected at the museum are impressive.
It is only since 1929, thanks to Marcel Joannon, the lapidary has invested the place that belonged to a cathedral. In front of the site, you will see a church festiges paleo-Christian, which was demolished in the fifteenth century.
The evening light shell baptistery alone. The baptistery is part of the first list of French historic monuments which came in 1840.
