Maison de Jules Verne
Jules Verne lived in this mansion from 1882 to 1900. Inpired by this house and it's atmosphere, he wrote much of his "Voyages Extraordinaires" in this house. Visitors discover his collection of books, souvenirs and the typical furniture of a domestic interior in the late nineteenth century. Guided tours in costumes(Captain Nemo, Phileas Fogg ...) are organised for children. Lectures, theatre and exhibitions enable the discovery of his work.
