Tourism Sallanches

Sallanches is situated in the department of the Haute-Savoie and the region Rhône-Alpes. The city occupies the party north of the pool of Sallanches, wide glacial plain crossed by the Arve and trimmed by the massive one Aravis, the chain of the White Mount and the Aiguilles of Warens. This vast pool to the pouring not very stiff contrast with the high summits that the surround. It is principally dedicated to farming and to tourism. Sallanches welcomes the Tour de France.
