Tourism Puisserguier
Puisserguier is a circular picturesque village nestled in the vineyards between sea and mountains. Place rich in history, the castle of the XI-XIIth century is its heart. The walkers will discover a wall pierced with loopholes, a dungeon, a fortified gate and other remnants of walls from the same period. The parish church of St Paul dates from the fourteenth century Romanesque period, as evidenced by the barrel vaults strengthened by double arches. Outside the village, nestled in the pine forest, is the Priory Saint Christophe, built in the seventeenth century, which has a single nave broken barrel.
