Tourism Perpignan
Perpignan is the Prefecture of the Eastern Pyrenees in south west France in the Languedoc Roussillon.
The city was the capital of the former province and county of Roussillon and the capital of the Kingdom of Mallorca in the 13th and 14th centuries. In 2001, she was labeled city of Art and History, in recognition of the quality of its historical heritage.
