Tourism - Loiret

Loiret is a French department that is belong to the Centre region of France. Le main cities are Orléans, Montargis and Pithiviers.

The town of Orleans possesses numerous historical vestiges and heritage, the Cathedral of Orleans or Jeanne d’Arc’s house, which has a museum and exhibitions. Other religious buildings as well as the Pont Royal are also attractive sites. Finally, among the cultural events, the festivals in the area are: the Loire festival in Orleans, the Jazz Festival in Orleans and the Festicolor Festival in Meung-sur-Loire.
